Was in a bind, traveling across the country, losing pressure in all 4 trailer tires due to the heat. Made it to STM at Pilot in Bloomington, IL where Ray, Lizzy, and the team got me fixed up with new steel valve stems, in no time. I wasn't a big rig pulling critical freight, only pulling my own goods, but you would have never known by the way they took charge and took care of the problem, as if were critical cargo. It could have ended up a big mess, but I rolled out with a long-term solution to my problem. Felt like a Peterbilt 379 Midnight Rider driving out. Thanks Again!

I cannot say enough good things about the night crew at Southern Tire Mart in Bloomington, Illinois. In an industry where time is money and breakdowns can completely derail your schedule, these guys and gal are absolute lifesavers. I came in late at night with an issue that could have easily turned into a nightmare, but from the moment I pulled in, the crew was on it. No attitude, no dragging their feet—just straight professionalism and a willingness to help. You can tell right away that they take pride in what they do. Every member of that night shift worked with urgency, skill, and a level of teamwork you don’t see very often anymore. What really stood out to me was their attitude. It didn’t matter that it was late, that they were probably tired, or that I was just another truck rolling in with problems—they treated me like I mattered. They kept me informed, worked efficiently, and got me back on the road faster than I expected. The quality of their work speaks for itself. This morning, I was at Southern Tire at Pilot. I was attended to by Ana, who seemed like the store manager since she was super attentive. She explained everything I needed to know about my truck, including Caio, the mechanic who did the oil change, changed my tires, and did a quick inspection noting small issues. He passed everything on to Ana with photos, and she showed me. I found the service super qualified. The professionalism of Ana and Caio was excellent—they were kind, polite, and patient. I really liked the service, and the price was great. I used to go to Speedco, but they have a lot of young workers whose service is terrible, spending more time on their phones and not being as friendly. I’m not generalizing all stores, but they aren’t as friendly as Southern Tire Mart, where every time I went, I was well received. So, for months, I’ve stopped going to Speedco and will stick to Southern Tire Mart. I received exceptional treatment—10 out of 10! Thank you so much Ana and Caio. Also, the bathroom was super clean, the shop organized, and free coffee and water—10 out of 10, really great!

They just acquired a loyal customer. This was my third time getting either tires/alignment or repairs here and Cameron, Tyler and Hannah have always provided excellent (professional) customer service. They try to get you in and out. They explain what the issue is a.d how they fixed it. I also can't complain about the prices. Will definitely be back.

Very professional help since my first phone interaction with the sakes person , the check in process, the mechanics very knowledgeable, acurate timing and , price is considerably low and fair compared to other tire companies . I strongly recommend this tire shop 100% . English & Spanish speaking language for your convenience. Gomez ,front desk customer service representative help me and others trough all the work process.
